Needed new brakes pads and more. Thankfully they were able to accommodate a Saturday booking date, as my car is needed 5 days a week.

Excellent, honest service when others tried to cut corners! My BMW's car's heat shield came loose and was hanging underneath. I first stopped by a quick-lube oil change place. They told me it was damaged, should be removed entirely, and claimed I "didn't really need it anyway. "Thankfully, I kept the part and called my brother, who reminded me that car parts exist for a reason. He recommended taking it to Mufflerman to see if they could screw or weld it back into place. Since Mufflerman operates on a first-come, first-served basis, I arrived early in the morning. I was the first customer in line, and they took my car into the shop immediately. The mechanics were fantastic—they safely reattached the heat shield in just 20 minutes for a very minimal cost. I am so glad I didn't listen to the oil change shop. Mufflerman saved me from a potentially expensive mistake, provided fast service, and charged a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

Herb and Mike are very accomadating and Professional. Natural to deal with. Very busy but they try their best to get you in. Hard to find service like that nowadays.
