Over the last year, we've had our car in twice for repairs and J&J has done an immaculate job. Kay is a fantastic appraiser to work with and understood both times how badly we wanted to keep our car up and running. Even with the insurance company, he challenged them when they didn't want to provide enough to cover the costs of repair. The shop did amazing repair work and the colour match is unparalleled with any work I've ever seen completed otherwise.

Exceptional service! Unfortunately I’ve had to have some work done on my car on a few occasions. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. Fair quotes and great service from the shop as well. All around great service! They even washed my car and vacuumed the inside when I picked it up! Highly recommended J & J for body work!

Walked in and explained my issue. Mandi didn’t take any time getting pictures and having a tech colour match the truck. I dropped off my parts and picked them up next day. They even re boxed it the same way I dropped it off. She did everything to make my experience effortless! This is a true customer service employee not just there for the cheque Thanks Mandi
