Amazing and quick service.
My wife and I were passing through town while moving to British Columbia, and one of our two cars that was towing our utility trailer was hit and totaled. The only way for us to continue was to install a new trailer hitch on our second car, but with our timeline to get moving we were quite doubtful.
I called Action Car and Truck, and immediately Nate was very professional and engaging with our needs. Not only was he able to order in the new hitch and wiring kit for the next day, it turned out they had both the hitch and wiring kit in stock already. We were able to pick up our new hitch, and were recommend to try SOO Auto for an install.
Amazingly, the next afternoon after we lost our towing vehicle, we were set up to tow and heading west again. Thank you for the great assistance!

I had my Thule Hullavator roof rack installed last year. The gentleman who installed it showed me how to use it and asked if I had any questions. He was patient when I asked him questions. I went back this year because I wasn't sure if I had put them on right, Nathan took the time to come out and checked to see if I did it right. He patiently answered any additional questions I had.
