Customer for 9 years - same vehicle
Asked for parts installed & inspection of wear parts in the vehicles undercarriage as I was having trailing arms & control arms installed that day .
In the past jiggers had treated me well and always let me know of anything they saw that needed repair.
70kms later I took the vehicle for an alignment at a different shop under the advice of Tyson at jiggerz. ( jigz does not have an alignment rack)
The alignment shop found : both sides rear trailing arm bushings gone so bad they could do the alignment, both front brakes seized and one leaking brake fluid. Vehicle unroadworthy.
When I asked why they didn’t catch these issues at first inspection I was told it wasn’t up to them as I just wanted parts installed.
When I reminded Steve the tech that I asked for an inspection of the vehicle I was then told “ that could have happened since it was here “ ( 70kms before)
These are the kinds of things HACK mechanics who don’t appreciate loyal customers say.
Extremely disappointed , reported to MTO, and will not be returning to this establishment . Shame on the way you treat your customers !

Great service at a very good price. John and his staff are the best in the biz! Brought my 2009 Santa Fe in to get the Y pipe changed. I had the parts but they were aftermarket and where not an exact fit. John showed patience, perseverence and after a few minutes extra had it all fixed up. I expected to pay twice what he charged. Only minor issue was that I had to wait two weeks for my appointment; but hey, sometimes the wait is worth it! They are very busy with appointments but while I was there they still managed to squeeze a couple of travelling "emergency" customers in to get them fixed up and back on their way. Fast, friendly and efficient.

Repairs done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend
