I cannot recommend Frankie's enough! He fixed my husband's Camry (gas tank and muffler) for $360 after being quoted over 5K at another shop (for gas tank alone). I had an insurance claim for my Tahoe and chose him over the recommended shops as I trusted him...he did incredible work. My Tahoe looks brand new. He and his staff have a family feel....he makes you feel like a friend, not just the next in line. I will be a forever customer, although I hope to not have to return anytime soon lol. Thank you to everyone at the shop for being so kind and friendly....it goes a long way. You are awesome.

Brought my new Durango in for a scratch repair it got on the lot before sale and a repaint of the right rear door for a factory defect. The paint job appears to nicely done, but I returned to mention how the interior gloss plastics are all now dull and all the chrome is flat and appears rubbed down. At first I thought it was clear coat overspray, but it doesnt quite seem like it. The passenger side B-Pillar trim is also scratched to hell however that happened. Whatever interior cleaner was used was too aggressive and has ruined all the piano black trim and interior chrome. My driver handle was not plugged back in (keyless entry) and was the only thing that was owned up to. It was returned to me heavily waterspotted, and I was told they didnt wash it. I was also told they didnt touch the interior to clean either. Amongst the chrome and trim, the radio touchscreen is like sandpaper but somehow whoever I spoke with couldnt feel it, and couldnt see the clear comparison to the trim to the door handles which was the only piano black and chrome to survive. The paint is all done, but I get the added bonus of over $3000 in damage to my brand new interior. I was told " it came in like that" and that "we didnt wash it". I just about went crosseyed when I heard that. This was all BS, I was hoping this would have been a good experience as I am feeling out someone to repaint my 1993 Mercedes to fix its dull paint from age and it for sure wont be here now. It was clear I was getting the run around and the run from any accountability because they know how expensive all the trim and touchscreen is to replace. Had this been any better of a conversation I would have at least offered to install the replacements without labor on my own time because I understand things happen in automotive work all the time and I work as technician myself so I get it. The conversation went nowhere fast so I didnt even get the chance to meet them half way or anything. A detail was offered (yeah, ok) and to bring it back to fix the door. It's not going back, I intend on keeping the last of the trim that wasnt damaged and Im going to get the keyless access working again myself. I want to upload very clear pictures of the issues but my gmail isnt co-operating just like this shop. I'll try again to upload in a day or two.
