Five stars is not enough. Super impressed with the service. Called Classic last week after my regular mechanic was booking well into April. Classic was able to book us in this week. Work was done within 48 hours, when I was expecting several days. Labour shop rate is very competitive. Will be bringing my car back in the future 100%

Absolute lifesavers for out-of-town visitors!

We drove nearly 9 hours to Pancake Bay Provincial Park for a birthday camping trip on May 18, only to have our car completely die on us the moment we arrived at camp. Stranded with no other way home, we spent a stressful night at the campsite and started calling mechanics in Sault Ste. Marie first thing the next morning. Napa AutoPro Classic Automotive took us in right away despite being very busy, and really went out of their way to squeeze us in as much as possible. The car didn’t even arrive at the shop until around 2PM via CAA tow — and within just 2 hours, they had already seen, diagnosed, and replaced the starter. What amazed us even more was that they went beyond just fixing the car — when we weren’t expecting it to be ready the same day, we had arranged for my husband to be picked up by Enterprise. The team actually took it upon themselves to call and follow up with Enterprise on our behalf to make sure he was taken care of. That extra step truly meant the world to us.
My husband was back on the road in time for us to still celebrate my birthday together, and we are so incredibly grateful. What could have been a completely ruined trip became a memory we can actually smile about, thanks to the owner and the entire team at Napa AutoPro.

visited this garage to obtain a vehicle safety certification needed for transferring my license plate registration. My car is in good condition, but they provided me with a long list of additional repairs that did not seem reasonable or necessary. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, knowing I needed the certificate. Later, I visited another garage, and they only identified a few minor items—about 80% of the issues mentioned by the first place were not found there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this garage for certification purposes.
