I had a bit of an unusual situation with my vehicle. To check the coolant level on my car, you actually have to inspect it from underneath the vehicle. Yes, it's incredibly inconvenient.

I was traveling east on the TCH and had driven about 300 km the day after having my coolant replaced. Naturally, I wanted to verify that the coolant level was still correct. Since I was already far from the shop that performed the service, returning there wasn't an option.

Before coming here, I visited several other lube shops, but none of them were willing to take a quick look underneath the car just to check the coolant level. This was the only place that agreed to help.

They were extremely friendly on the phone, and once I arrived, they checked everything quickly and professionally. What impressed me even more was that when I asked how much I owed, they told me there was no charge because it only took a moment and they hadn't really done any work.

Thanks to their help, I made it safely all the way to Alberta without any issues.
