Booked an appointment for 3 pm. When I arrived at 230. I politely asked if there was a way to get it looked at earlier as we were on a road trip. At which point I got a snarky remark stating “we actually need someone to handle it”. Waited until 430, followed up and was told that they were not even sure they could look at it today.

Horrible experience. Hence why I try to avoid Canadian Tire
