I called these guy for mobile service as my truck broke down, They took 1000$ deposit cash as e transfer and sent a mechanic who after spending 3 hours vould not figure out anything and left saying that another experienced technician will be coming to get you on road and the guy left. Then i called the shop the 2 ladies at the service department were so rude and not human at all as when i asked the service lady other guy coming she said i dont know and then i asked for invoice and my rest of the money back then she replied she dont know the hours, then who would know?

Then she never sent me the invoice on friday or my money back and its tuesday today no invoice and no money back yet then i am calling these guys again they still fooling me

THEY ARE THE WORST IN REPAIR SERVICE AND IN CUSTOMER SERVIVE

My experience with Lakeway Truck Centre was devastating both financially and personally.
I brought my truck in for an oil cooler leak and was told it would be looked at by the end of the week, completed the following week, and cost under $4,000. Instead, the truck sat for weeks before work even began. I repeatedly called for updates and was often told someone was working on it, but when I checked on the truck myself, I frequently saw little or no visible progress.
The repair process dragged on for roughly two months. As an owner-operator, every day my truck was off the road meant lost income while I continued paying living expenses and accommodation costs.
The final bill was approximately $13,000, despite me supplying some major parts myself. I was not allowed to take possession of my truck until the bill was paid in full.
After finally getting the truck back and driving it to Hamilton, it began leaking oil again. I took it to another mechanic for inspection. I was told the workmanship was among the worst they had seen, that multiple bolts had been stripped, and that much of the repair work needed to be redone. I ended up paying additional money to have the job corrected and salvage any reusable parts.
The delays, costs, and additional repairs caused severe financial hardship. I lost so much income during this process that I eventually lost my truck and became homeless. This experience changed my life for the worse.
I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience and would strongly encourage owner operators to seek multiple estimates and carefully. consider their options before bringing a truck here. They damaged my truck aswell. Ripped the front bumper right off then lied about it.

If i could give it -stars i would.

I even had the news interested in my story and they feared that there shady buisness practices would become more open. So i actually got some money back but not even close to what i should be getting back. They did nothing but destroy my truck

I cannot believe people actually bring there trucks here.

Don’t bother

Great experience brought my ram 2500 to get a shifter cable replaced and they were really efficient and got my truck back really quick best best by far to get heavy duty trucks fixed
