Brought our brand new vehicle in for door repair, (sadly). Crew there advised on a secondary estimate free of charge to confirm MPIs estimate which I was haply to do.<br><br>After the estimate an appointment was booked and the vehicle was brought in for repairs.<br><br>Once finished, I had gone over the repairs and noticed some settle differences between the doors, (alignment issue). When I brought it up to the desk they didnt hesitate to get it fixed and let me keep the rental until its fixed.<br><br>Once I came back after the alignment, I realized paint was scratched with the root cause being the bolts on the door scratching when it had been damaged prior to bringing it in - Kelly the worker there, didnt even blink an eye, apologized on the findings and scheduled for it to be fixed.<br><br>Upon bringing it in, they covered the insurance on the rental and had it done within 24 hours. Apon picking up the repairs, the vehicle washed which i really appreciate.<br><br>Some may be upset on the "come back", but this is a great example of a company noticing there mistakes and correcting it. On top, Kelly was super friendly and understanding. I come from a customer service industry and understand that things can happen, but having a employee on the other hand handle it like a boss speaks a lot! I will definitely be dealing with them again if I ever need!!!

Hands down our favourite place for window tint. The staff is always professional and courteous. The quality of the work is outstanding every time. We’re lucky to have such great talent right around the corner. Thanks for the great work!

I took my truck here after a minor fender bender. The repair itself was excellent—everything lined up properly with no noticeable gaps or defects. If that were the only thing I was reviewing, it would have been 5 stars.<br><br>Unfortunately, the detailing was very disappointing. When I picked up my truck, it looked like someone had gone over the rear left passenger door with sandpaper. I pointed it out, and they buffed the paint, which restored the finish.<br><br>My interior had also been freshly detailed before I brought the truck in, but after I picked it up there were chunks of mud and dirt inside, as if they had been sprayed in during the exterior wash. On top of that, the exterior itself wasn’t cleaned very well.<br><br>The quality of the body repair was excellent, but the detailing and final quality control left a lot to be desired.
