I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. The quality of the repair work was extremely poor, and I found both the mechanics and the manager to be very unprofessional.<br><br>There were also several serious issues with my vehicle and personal belongings. After the service, my wheel-lock key was missing, as was an umbrella that had been inside my vehicle. They also damaged the trunk support mechanism of my car.<br><br>When I reported the damage to the manager, he initially told me that I would have to pay for both the parts and the labour. After discussing it with him, he eventually agreed not to charge me for the labour and said I would only have to pay for the parts. However, when I asked for the price of the parts, I overheard him speaking with his colleague in Punjabi, and it appeared that they had included the labour cost in the price they gave me, making me feel like I was being charged for the labour anyway.<br><br>The turnaround time was also extremely long. Even more concerning, when I got my vehicle back, I found birthday decorations in the trunk and on the seats that I had never used or put there. This made me seriously question whether my vehicle had been used for purposes unrelated to my repair while it was in their possession.<br><br>Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the way my vehicle and personal belongings were treated. I strongly recommend avoiding this garage.
