I had a great experience at Tiremaster. Jordan was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was going on with my tire. He was professional, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.

The service was quick and honest, and I really appreciated how helpful and approachable Jordan was throughout the process. Excellent customer service — I would definitely recommend Tiremaster to others.

Outstanding service from the word go. Bought a set of 4 Michelin tires. Kevin and crew were exceptional to deal with, got them installed ahead of schedule, torque values specified, one additional wheel needed TPMS service. Pricing was great. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful staff who helped us with some loose tires and an awful whirring noise. Thanks to their generosity and kindness we’re headed off safely to celebrate my partners 28th! 10/10 would recommend.

Zero stars I wish ....... Stay far away

I would never go to this place ever again ... Either they are good scammers or someone isn't doing the job correctly! I have a feeling it's a combination of both.

I called Monday to ask for a price for a lawn tractor valve stem replaced. I was told over the phone $25. a simple 2 min job .... My 16 year old dropped off the tire, we waited all day, I understand it's busy and jobs have to wait, we picked it up at 4.45. My 16 year old went in and they said oh it's now $50. My son came out and said he needed more money.. They told my son they had to dismount the tire and check for leaks and that's $35 plus the valve stem so now $50 and change.(Sounded sketchy)

I went in and spoke to the guy on cash who wouldn't even look at me , "we have to take the tire off and check it and that's $35 charge" I said you were told it's just a valve stem .. he said yeah but people say that all the time... Blah blah blah.. he said this guarantees no leaks so it had to come completely off..

I get home and the old valve stem is rolling around inside the tire .. they never took the tire off! if you would have taken the tire off the old valve stem would have fallen out... Scammed..... .. you just pushed a new one though and you didn't even inflate it to the correct psi.

Honestly feel ashamed you scammed a 16 year old out of $50 for his lawn cutting business and be proud your willing to lie to upcharge people...

Never return and never suggest this place.. stay far away.... Thank God for google reviews but I went on past experience which was Shakey.... I'll switch to a new tire shop.
