First thing when I showed up the receptionist made me feel like I was imposing on her time. Not friendly at all. I went to Sturgeon Autobody to get an estimate for a small dent on my hatch back of my RAV4. I mean small dent. I received a quote the same day for the dent which was $4100.00. Are you kidding me $4100.00. They want to replace the whole hatchback. Is that the way autobody shops operate today, replace, and paint. No one does autobody work anymore. I could imagine what an insurance company would pay if I said it was thru insurance. Not recommended

I spent a lot of Time researching to find a reputable and reliable auto body repair shop that was somewhat close to me. They had good reviews and got a confident feeling once I met with Alan at my quote appointment. He provided me a fair quote and was quick to book my vehicle in which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, it was not just body damage that needed to get done and eventually a module was needed and once everything was in line, my car was back to working fantastic again. The painting repair looks great and I am very grateful for all of the extra effort they went to, to accommodate the unforseen complications. Thank you to Lore, Alan and Christine for the quick and informative communication .
