The manager called me to explain that the heavy upselling was just their way of introducing all services to a first-time customer, and promised future visits would be smoother. He also apologized because my transmission fluid was left low, and offered to correct it on a re-visit. I really appreciate a business that actually listens to customer feedback and reaches out to make things right! Both managers, Matt and Xiti are great!<br><br>Superseded!<br>This was my first time visiting this Mr. Lube location. On the positive side, the team was very nice, courteous, and efficient with the actual service.<br><br>However, I was really uncomfortable with the extreme upselling pressure. The staff pitched recommendations so aggressively that it felt like they were trying to convince me thousands of dollars of work was urgently needed on my car. Additionally, the engine air filter they changed was highly marked up—I’ve had this exact part replaced for half the price at other oil service shops.<br><br>I appreciate the friendly and fast service, but the intense sales tactics and inflated parts pricing mean I likely won't be returning.
