Having purchased a complete brake kit for my wife's BMW X3, I was successful in installing the front set but I was a little reluctant to give the back set a go as I'd never done brakes that had an electric parking brake. I decided to call around to get quotes on labour to do the job. My normal service shop was too busy, I tried a few others and none of them wanted to do the job unless I bought the parts from them. One shop suggested that I call Euroservice Autohaus. He highly recommended them. So, I picked up the phone and called them. A pleasant voice answered the call and I asked to speak to someone about getting my brakes installed. She said "You can talk to me". Turns out, this was Carol. She knew exactly what challenges I was facing if I tried to do the job myself and quoted me a very fair price to have them do it. I can't even tell you how glad I am that I made that call! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, everything a person could ask for. So rare these days. I kind of feel bad for my regular shop as I'll likely be using EA from now on! 6 Stars!

Carol and Paul squeezed our mini in near end of day, before our trip back to Cold Lake. The car was repaired better then expected for a competitive price. Our Mini performance is better then it's been in quite a while, and sensor issues were all solved.
