I am from out of town on a cross country ride and needed my 8k service. Honda service squeeze me and done an excellent job. I wish I had this type of service back home. Cost was very reasonable and they completed the service in a timely manner. Thank you!!!
Honda side of the store, sold me the incorrect spark plugs and spark plug wires for my quad. I did not open them and returned an hour later for a refund. Was not informed that electric parts can not be returned. Wasted $180.00 The parts person was rude, who sold the wrong a parts to me and refused to refund me. I do not recommend you by parts from them.
The customer service is outstanding and you can tell that the service team as a whole has lots of experience.
