I’m not one to write reviews, but after my fourth horrible experience with the customer service at this location, I feel like I have to say something.<br><br>Today, I needed to return a serpentine belt that I was actually sold the wrong product for in the first place. Unfortunately, I had misplaced my receipt. I went to customer service with my card information, the date of purchase, and the exact price ready to make it as easy as possible for them to look up the transaction.<br><br>Instead of simply trying to help, the employee at the desk immediately huffed and puffed, spoke to me with absolutely no respect, and acted as though I was asking her to perform some impossible task. At one point, her frustration escalated to the point where she knocked a bunch of things over on the desk during what honestly looked like a temper tantrum.<br><br>I was calm, respectful, and simply asking if she could look up the receipt. I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable — I was trying to return a product that your own automotive department sold me incorrectly.<br><br>And this isn’t an isolated incident. This is the third time I’ve had a genuinely terrible experience with the staff at this location. Between the automotive department and customer service, I honestly can’t remember the last time I walked out of this store without feeling completely disrespected.<br><br>At some point, this stops being a bad employee and starts looking like a management problem. Whoever runs this location seriously needs to take a look at how customers are being treated.<br><br>I would give this location -5 stars if Google would let me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Not once has the tire guarantee come through for me after purchasing multiple sets of tires over the many years. Always an excuse not to replace anything. Also had to tighten lug nuts fresh out of the shop with my last set of tires.
