Great service, never upsell on things you don’t need. Have been going to Rick’s for 25 plus years, never once have I been disappointed.<br>They explain everything that was done, and forewarned of any upcoming issues that should be checked in the future
Rick always goes the extra mile for us, always looking to save us money if he can, doesn’t do the work unless it’s needed and his shop does excellent work. Wish there were more shops like Ricks around!
I have to give them a five without hesitation. Our sensors were going off on weird unexpected things. When the antitheft and steering started lighting up and we had trouble with heat/ac not syncing and the locks decided to behave independent of the buttons, I said enough was enough. The quote was anywhere from 350 to 2000 if the dash needed replacing but they came in way under the lowest amount and I'm breathing a sigh of relief. As usual, Ricks was good to us. They didn't take advantage.. they over provided and under billed. We're gonna be lifers with them, for sure.
Staff were friendly and explained everything to me in detail, and even though I clearly didn't know much about cars they didn't try to upsell me on anything.
