Trusted Andrew completely. Sold me a car and gave me all the details just to find out later they weren't accurate. Car stopped running 1 month later and I had it towed. Have owned the car for a year and had it in the shop 5 times, 2 of those times needing a tow. Everytime he just topped up engine coolant and sent me on my way. Each time saying if there was a problem to come back. So I did and again didn't look into the problem. I had a 2015 Chevy Trax that was in mint condition. Leather seats, back up camera, roof racks. Well I only owned that car for 6 months. Well the turbo went and Andrew told me that I shouldn't sink any money into that car because to replace the turbo it would cost me 4 thousand. So he said he would help me out. Well he said he bought mine for $5500.00 and sold me 2013 Ford Escape for $6500.00. So I paid 12 thousand for a 2013 Ford Escape that is just your basic car. No extras at all. Then he had my car for 4 weeks and still not fixed and wanting to charge me $2100.00 upon completion. I decided at this point that I needed to take my car elsewhere. He told me it had to me towed. Turns out after I had it towed to another mechanic, it didn't have to be towed. The other mechanic had it for a couple of days and when I picked it up, didn't even charge me. Now they have a new customer. The part that bothers me the most is that my whole family have been going to Andrew for years. I praised him, told everybody how honest he was and highly recommended him. Well he isn't the Andrew that I met. BTW he told me the car was a 2014. It was my insurance company who told me no it was a 2013.

Andrew and his crew did a fantastic job. They made my 2008 look almost new again. Andrew was straight up with me. My plan is to keep the truck for several more years so he told me just what I needed to do the job the right way. The job was completed in a timely matter at a very fair price. I am so pleased with every aspect of the job, right down to the paint match. I have been in the automotive industry (as a mechanic) for 47 years and would highly recommend H&R for all your body repair work. Thanks again Andrew & crew.

Shocked to see all the good reviews on this page. H&R fixed one thing on my car and did a good job & after that I trusted them to partly restore (body work, prime & paint) our 1981 VW van & they went over a year past when they said they'd have it done by and after he finally admitted to me over the phone our van wasn't a priority for him and that he kept prioritizing bigger/higher paying jobs we picked it up with less than half the work agreed upon done. We never received progress updates (which later made sense since there was no progress being made) and when I did speak to him over the phone there was not even an apology for going way over the timeline. Do NOT recommend trusting them with anything apart from small jobs.
