They have worst customer service, i went to them with my brand new 2026 camry XSE for the rear bumper collision repair, i was going through my insurance, i dropped the car on april 20, 2026 at their shop for repairs and i got it back on 15 may, 2026, when i get there for pickup, car was in the parking lot with 2 new scratches on the front bumper, pictures attached, i went inside talked with their estimator and the manager about my concern but they didn’t accept at all that these scratches were their fault, moreover they were putting everything on me by showing me the picture taken by them inside of the shop showing me the scratches, this picture was taken by them after they accidentally made scratches on the front bumper, not in my presence after i left car in parking lot on the drop off day.
And they doesn’t want to accept their mistake and didn’t fixed new scratches made by them.
I left a clean car from inside when i got it wasn’t that clean, looked like they used it for personal use,
There was a lot of dirt and dust, on the mats,

Very disappointed with their service.
