I would avoid them. While they send videos (and provide free cookies) before the repair which seemed helpful those videos were sent to a 17 year old new car owner who didn’t know what she was looking at. They completely gouged her for $1800 to fix an oil leak (that was leaking from the top of the engine but they “fixed” something near the oil pan” which was weird) so when she came home and it was still leaking they kindly told her it would be another $1500+.

Thankfully we found an honest mechanic who looked at it and fixed the actual leak for $500. I think it’s safe to say that Boyd either doesn’t know, or doesn’t care and if they have no problem ripping off a young girl then I’m sure they’ll do the same to you.

I had a great experience from the first day I spoke with Jacob, to the moment I picked up my vehicle. Everything I asked for got taken care of. Jacob also made a great recommendation on the tires I need replaced. I removed the oil spray plugs from the doors and I was not expecting them to replace them but they did, I was very happy even on the small details like that.
Ten stars on my book for you guys!!!
