Brought my car in for a transmission fluid change, they were honest and did quality work. The price was very fair, the mechanic kept me updated throughout the whole service, will be back again! Thanks guys

so unprofessional the rudest person ever the lady who was on the desk who claim to be the owner was so rude for no reason if I can give a zero star I would do it
She talks to client as if she’s talking to her employees or somebody who works for her
No transparency with the price as I give all the info for my car and still she couldn’t give me an estimated price for oil change
And at the end, she said, you know what I don’t think we are vaping cancel your appointment what are we here on a date? I’m a customer here. Why do we need to have a chemistry? Such a joke.

Went there for a friend recommendation also good reviews about the mechanic unfortunately for me I couldn’t get my car fix because the old lady at the front desk got offended just because I wanted to ha a few words with the mechanic, I think the repairs are good as the reviews said but the customer service from this old woman is not to the standard I did wanted to bring my vehicle to get it fix and live my money with them but just because of the awful attitude I step away looking to bring my vehicle some where else to bad for them they lost a good long lasting customer for lack of good customers service

I visited there for my caliper service.
Anna and Steve took care of mine though they are already fully booked.
There was a miscommunication while getting the parts, but they took care of it on their end.
