Really really disappointed in the attitude and customer service in the garage here. I brought my car in for a check engine light. I was told there are a bunch of codes and just go to the dealer. I was dismissed by front staff and then asked to speak to the mechanic so I could get an explanation to what was going on. I witnessed the mechanic, Randy tell the front desk girl he was annoyed he had to come speak to me. He came out told me he didn’t deal with these types of issues and walked away. I asked to get a manager so someone could explain the issue so I could at least tell the dealership. I told her that the customer service and attitude was an issue for me. She smirked and said what attitude. I told her and she said nothing. Not once did anyone apologize or provide any real help to me. Not sure if it’s because I’m young and female but I couldn’t recommend this garage less. Really disappointing. Won’t be back. Over 10 years of business from me and this is sad.
