I recently had my 2024 Terrain in for the annual re-spray and fund it to be more expensive than the last time, probably to to inflated costs to manufacture. My real concern is that the spray that was done don't drip or even look as if it was done. I have had the vehicle in for the third time but it just does not seem right. I have been coming to this Krown center for several years and never had a vehicle not drip or even weep. I watched what I could on their tv screen but all I ever saw was 2 guys walking around while the car was on the hoist. You can tell if they are spraying the vehicle by the sound of the compressor and pump. I did not hear that at the time. I did not say anything as I wanted to see if the car dripped or not and it has not. I may have to start going somewhere else. They will not even acknowledge my post or contact me over this issue. It seems all they want is the money whether they do the job or not. This is what you get for many years of loyalty getting your vehicles annually sprayed.

On Saturday I went to the Krown Rust Control in St. Catharines. I have a 2026 Buick Envista and was quite nervous about having it done. I was completely blown away with the customer service. Meagan was amazing took the time to explain the entire process, explained about parking at the end of the driveway versus parking in the garage like I was going to. Also a big shout out to Mackenzie, Andrew and Jake. Will be going back every year to this one.
The bonus was if you are a CAA member u get to scratch a card to win $ off your purchase - minimum was $25. Also got to pick a complimentary can or spray bottle of some of their accessories for your car cleaning.
You will not be disappointed if you go here.

Great first time experience here, they did a good job with spraying and keeping everything clean and told me what to expect. Highly recommend them. Such kind hearted people :)
