Ace Alignment

I've taken my BMW's to Ace on 3 separate occasions. 100% completely satisfied with what the team there does. Very impressed. Thnxs again guys.

They were quick to get me in for a last minute appointment for an alignment on my vehicle. I needed a four-wheel alignment, and it appears that it is okay. They are supposed to provide you with a paper when you are done That explains more about your suspension, and where everything is at now.. I was not given one of those and when I asked they've shrugged their shoulders and said the printer has not been working in over a month. I expect when I pay for a service that I'm going to get a full report so I know what's going on. I was then told that I do have an issue with my back wheels, which I would not have been told if I had just paid and didn't ask for the report or followed up at all. To take my money, and then not tell me anything about the vehicle or about how things went... Seems a bit unprofessional in my opinion. I won't be returning!

My mechanic told me they tried to do the alignment but there was one wheel that they could not align after I paid lots of money for changing parts and keeps telling me you need more and more parts. At the end I was going to replace the subframe, My friend recommended me to go to ACE Alignment before replacing subframe, which I did and they fixed it and saved me a lot of money! If you want to do an alignment choose the right people to do it for you (ACE)! Won’t regret it!
