More Than Tires

I have been going to this shop for 12+ years and, as long as they're open, I'll continue doing business with them.

They are always honest and forthright about options and costs for any situation you might find yourself in. They've never tried to upsell or pull a fast one; their prices are reasonable, customer service exceptional, and I respect their integrity with all the auto dealings.

Most recommended spot for tires, repairs, and oil changes in the North End of St. Catharines. Cheers, thanks for your work on my cars, and keep up the great work!

It was years ago now, but I still carry a grudge with this shop. Ordered a pair of wheels for a 94 Caprice. Was assured that if they did not fit then they would return them. Wheels came in, and they test fit them (without tires). I said they look like they will not sit under the fender. They said they think they will - try it with tires. If I still didn’t think they would fit, then they would take them back. So tried them with tires and sure enough, the fender rubbed on the tread. They then said sorry, we cannot take them back because I had tires mounted on them! They are manipulative and deceptive at this shop!

Simple tire repair. But they forgot to give me back my wheel locknut. Went out of my way to go back to get it- had to stand in line a long time. No apology...all about them. Let me guess-they will respond that I never did business there...

So I needed my tires replaced called this place spoke with Peter. Was about to get brand new Ko3 22 inch tires and pay a fortune.
And this honest Abe! Of a man noticed I still was covered under warranty and before proceeding to go back and check with the last place. I did and he was right and I saved a boat load!

My car battery died at the neighbouring self-service wash shop.

I went to this tire shop, hoping I could get a jumpstart and I was asked to go to the office.

After me asking for the price, the manager just refuses to accept it and just helped me instead out of kindness and sent out a technician immediately to help me out.

5 star for me!
