They left my car unlocked in their lot, I had over 1000$ worth of things stolen out of my car. They claimed they would go through insurance and replace what was stolen. They never followed through with replacing it. took me 10 months of getting brushed off over the phone before I had to go in to the shop , and verbally fight with Jim to get compensation for what was stolen. Jim was dismissive, rude, insulted me on multiple occasions and tried putting the blame on everyone but himself. Jim Refused to take responsibility for leaving the car unlocked. Even in the final moment of him finally giving me compensation for what was stolen, I said “thank you for doing the right thing” to which he replied “yeah I hope you do to” implying that I’m wronging him. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a “business owner” if you can call him that. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THEY WILL LEAVE IT UNLOCKED AND TRY AND BLAME YOU.

The pretend "technician" and the owner both need to be kept away from people. No manners to promote new business at all.
