Chris came right to the house and diagnosed issues with my pickup. Chris recommended necessary parts. All work was performed in my driveway and saved me from dealership fees. Highly recommend Chris and the service he provides.
It was by chance I found Chris at P&C when I did. Driving home from Creemore to Midland my little Mazda 3, yup a car, started pulling to the right. I was worried my steering was going. So I called the only local mechanic in Stayner open from my Google search. Although P&C is primarily trucks, Chris took the time to listen to my dilemma and offer his help, even tho I was a car. Upon arrival he could see the issue. Flat tire. The difference between a flat tire and your steering going may be easy to distinguish for some. Me on the other hand. Not so much.
Without hesitation, Chris got what he needed and fixed the problem. A hand shake and a kind word later, I was on my way home safe. You don't come across truly good people often. He now has a customer for life.
Chris truly cares.. he’s highly knowledgeable, very easy to communicate with and from what I saw, loves what he does..
Very helpful! Came out right away late on a Friday night & fixed the issue with our vehicle swiftly.
Chris came right to my house and diagnosed issues with my bmw, recommended necessary parts as well as recommended parts. All work was performed in my driveway and saved me a tow call. Highly recommend this company and service for all your needs.
Update, i have been getting wrenched (haha) regularly for all my vehicles. Chris is honest, thorough and a genius at what he does. If he says i need a part, there is no doubt in my mind that i do need it and that all avenues were crossed to try and save me money. This is accomplished either with parts or lack of down time. This dude is one of the good guys. He's not cheap, he's fair. Truth is you can't afford not to use got wrenched. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Thank you got wrenched for everything you do. Keep reaching for that rainbow
