when I brought my vehicle to this shop on August 19, 2026, at approximately 4:30 PM for a tire changeover.<br><br>During the service, three of the four tires were removed without any issues. However, when it came to the fourth tire, the lug bolts were seized and could not be removed normally. I have never had this problem with my vehicle before. I have always hand-tightened my lug nuts when installing my tires, so I find it very concerning that only one wheel suddenly had seized bolts while the other three came off easily.<br><br>If the issue were caused by how I had installed or tightened the lug nuts, I would expect the same problem to occur on all four wheels, not just one.
Service was fantastic. I was having a rough morning, But the guy yesterday who serviced my car in the front made my day, Very professional had all the answers to my questions about my car & also mentioned all my leaks haha! Customer service is not for everyone but that guy killed it!. He pointed he’s name tag forgot his name overall wonderful serviced definitely coming back!!
