We got a coupon for a free oil change a car wash from a friend for Fairway Ford. My wife and kids went in to get it done, and she was so impressed with the customer service she received, especially when they didn’t make a dime off of us. Everyone was super kind to her and our kids, the owner even went over and talked to her and someone offered to hold the door open when she left bc she was carrying a car seat. We don’t even have a Ford we have a VW (so you know it was a pain the change the filter lol). It means a lot to me when someone is kind to my wife and kids. Thank you for your hospitality, the next time I find myself in the market for a car I will certainly be coming here

I could not say enough good things about my experience at Ford. Cody was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. He is so personable, welcoming, and has such great energy that we honestly felt comfortable with him almost instantly.
