Honda Service

Got the van back from a windshield replacement. Was shocked to see how dirty the vehicle was inside after it was appearantly cleaned. Went back inside to let them know and was treated very unkindly. The young man that had to clean it then was very sorry about our experience here. Didn't expect a clean car but would like it back at least as clean as I bring it in. The vehicle obviously sat outside in the rain or in the washbay with the back windows open. Staff at bodyshop desk was very unfriendly and not even apologizing for the mess, telling me they are not a detailing place. Picture shows how dirty the 2 sliding doors were from the inside.

I called in winter because my lawn mower camshaft was bent it was an expensive push mower I had bought new and paid $2500.00 for. I was told they could fix it.<br><br>I brought my mower today and the service staff told me they couldn't fix it and that " I learned a lesson, need to be more careful"<br><br>I bought Honda because of their longevity. I brought the mower to a small engine repair shop and they fixed it the same day, so not sure why the Honda dealership is less capable then a guy working out of his garage.<br><br>Anyways that'll be the last Honda anything I buy.

​I went to Harvest Honda to purchase a lawn mower. They didn't have the model I wanted in stock—which wasn't a big deal—but the associate I spoke with simply said, "We get stuff in all the time; you'll just have to come back often to check." He didn't check if another location had one, nor did he offer to order one for me.<br><br>​I understand that Harvest Honda is primarily in the business of selling cars and that a $1,200 mower is small change by comparison. However, if they are unwilling to help with a smaller purchase, it doesn't instill confidence for larger transactions. If you don't want to support or order small machinery, you shouldn't display it in your showroom.
