Local owners, local people, hands on owners. They look after me and keep my fleet rolling. A great partner in helping us look after our customers!!
Was referred there by another shop..will go out of my way to ensure no one else ever does. I have stored and saved the conversation logs and texts dealing with a full week of excuses ranging from a mechanics sick wife to literally" we don't know how to put the serpentine belt back on." From the initial promise of " next Friday" to a full 2 weeks after the first promised date and having to threaten legal action and phoning almost hourly to record and document every new excuse for not having my truck ready. The final straw was a full week of" we dont know why it wont start" to being billed for a starter they destroyed trying to get it started after getting the heads done. I am still dealing with local mechanics to fix all the broken stuff my truck was returned with...the drivers door handle broken off and stuffed under the seat was really nice...and the used oil sending unit they put back on....really loved the oil pressure gauge reading nothing when the truck was put in my hands. Once everything is covered and actually working legal action may still be considered. Find another shop!
We brought a cement truck here to get fixed. Got it back after paying over $30k. Something went wrong- he tried to blame us that we weren’t watching gauges. Tried to get Gary to have some accountability. He didn’t. Said he was sorry but no money was refunded. He tried another avenue - didn’t work. Still charged us for it. More $$$. Not fixed. We had to fix it ourselves as they took zero responsibly for it. Turns out—- the sleeves for the engine were poorly installed FROM THE MANUFACTURER. if he would have worked WITH us he would have found this out. He blamed us instead. He Also removed my other review. . Never actually drove the cement truck to haul concrete for our business again. Won’t need his services ever again.if I could give ZERO stars, I would. Not a good experience.
Great service
Years ago I was quoted $1200 to swap a engine in a 2006 dodge 3500. When I picked up the truck the bill was over $8000. Don’t trust this guy.
