After 24 yeas of patronage a new Manager has taken over and his “customer service” is horrible! I spent $3,200 on front end repairs. It took 5 times of me bringing car back for the same noise in the front end. 12 days in total they had my car, still clunking. I was told “it’s an older car you can live with it”! He has ruined a long standing business relationship I had with previous management. Stay clear of this “Mom and Pop”.

This place used to be a decent and trustworthy place to get auto repair done. Since the recent change in management it is not and I would caution anyone from doing business with them. Wife was going to get the brake pads on her car replaced. The new manager insisted that the rotors had to be replaced as well, without having examined them. When we insisted that we only wanted the pads replaced unless he could provide solid evidence that the rotors were damaged and in need of replacement, he actually refused to do the work. He was quoting over $750 for a brake job that Ford Quick lane did in a couple of hours for less than $200 without any of the up selling garbage.
