Tom is a great person. My parents have been going there for 20 years.

Owner needs to work on customer service and just plain human decency. Expected me to pay for a broken part that they broke… so overpriced it’s rubbish.

Mavis botched a simple starter replacement so bad No One would touch it. Friend told me about this place & Tom<br>He took it on & actually replaced in 1 day !!! Forever grateful & will be going back for future inspections or other issues, 10 stars to Tom & Shiloh Garage !
