I would love to thank the people at Buchanan & Hall. They came to my family's rescue with top notch service on a very cold night. A special Thanks to our Tech Gord who went the extra mile that probably saved me a lot more money and aggravation trying to bandaid my situation over night. Top notch Gord. ☆☆☆☆☆

If refrigeration had an Olympics, Buchanan & Hall would take gold, silver, and bronze—all at once! From day one, their team (especially Dylan, the MVP) has been nothing short of legendary at our new food plant. They don’t just install refrigeration—they engineer Arctic conditions with style. The remote control station for our blast cooler? Genius. I’m convinced they secretly work for NASA on the side. They’re almost done, and so far, everything has been smooth, professional, and ridiculously well-executed. If the finish line is anything like what we’ve seen so far, we’re in for a cool (literally) and flawless result.
If you need refrigeration experts who are fast, efficient, and borderline wizards, Buchanan & Hall is the way to go. Highly recommended!

Saw this guy do his first roundabout, congrats

Toby came out on a Sunday night at minus 31 degrees to diagnose furnace issue. Determined it was the regulator at propane tanks. Purchased new one and he installed it immediately coming out in an ice storm. Everything is working top notch now! Fantastic service!
