I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Uniglass.

When the car was returned I discovered obvious damage to the hood that was not there before the windshield replacement. The damage appears consistent with improper windshield wiper removal or having the wiper arms up and attempted removal then realizing the hood needed to be opened which then scraped across the edge and is clearly visible in the attached photos.

Instead of taking responsibility, Uniglass refused to acknowledge the damage or work toward a reasonable resolution. Their response was to deny any responsibility, leaving me with a damaged vehicle and no accountability.

The manager, Rennie, was dismissive throughout the process and actually hung up on me during a phone call while I was trying to discuss the damage. That level of professionalism is completely unacceptable.

I was told going through insurance and paying the full deductible that my vehicle would be detailed while it was in their care. When I arrived, it was obvious this had been forgotten. They quickly rushed it through what could not have been more than a five-minute cleaning while I waited, couldn't tell any difference afterward. It felt like an afterthought rather than a service they genuinely intended to provide.

Even my insurance company became involved after I reported what happened. They contacted Uniglass regarding my concerns, and I was later informed that, based on their experience with how this situation was handled, they would not be recommending this location to their customers going forward.

Accidents can happen in any business. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Instead of taking ownership, communicating professionally, and making things right, Uniglass chose denial, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability.

I would not trust this business with my vehicle again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone who expects quality workmanship and honest customer service. The attached photos speak for themselves.

The staff at Ziebart was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. They did a great job.

We recently brought two of our cars in for a detail and were very impressed! Everything was efficient, the process was timely and the cars looked literally brand new. Would definitely recommend!

NO I WASNT A CUSTOMER OF THEIR's but I still wanted to leave a review because I was genuinely impressed.

I was looking to replace my windshield and reached out through Facebook Marketplace. Even though I ultimately had to go with a local vendor in Toronto, the person I chatted with took the time to explain everything in detail, including the replacement process and the costs involved. There was no pressure just honest, helpful, and knowledgeable guidance.

To me, the way a business treats someone who isn't even a paying customer says a lot about how they treat their actual customers. If they're willing to invest this much time and effort helping a stranger, I'm confident they'll take great care of your vehicle.

Small acts of professionalism and kindness like this deserve to be recognized, which is why I wanted to leave this review. Thank you for the excellent support!
