Sterling Mobile Car Detailing Stratford

I was very disappointed in the service from the company. After booking on there website for 230 they called me after my scheduled appointment that there was an error and the tech would be 9am the following morning. I called after 9 and now the appointment wouldn't be until 945 which then actually started at 10. The technician, himself was good but they don't do what is advertised on the site... No pressure washer, as he just used a bucket of soap and water to wash the truck.. he rinsed off the truck by dumping water .. the soap/shampoo provided left white marks of soap residue on the seats and floor mats.. to make things worse the price was $100 more than stated on the website. When i was on the phone with the owner, we had to go back and forth on everything... Then I find out the company which states is from Stratford is actually based out of Scarborough... I'd highly recommend not using their service.. I've had similar service completed in Barrie and the quality and price was much better.. when bringing up quality issues with the owner he just brushed off my complaints. Not happy at all.
