The manager is rude and doesn’t know how to behave with customers. All the staff are unfriendly.

Good place for parts and good service

Lorne Street management and employees are 10x better. Don’t waste your time go to the other one. First they wouldn’t sell me a commercial bulb even tho I was under a commercial account said I’d have to get my company to call in to give it to me. Then ordered a part played the voicemail for the employee and they tell me that’s the other store, after driving all the way there we find out it was at that store the employee just didn’t look or whatever it was. Waste of time. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Lorne street is personable, knowledgeable and the manager understands customer service. I’ll give the sales to the Lorne street store they always have it in stock too.
