Car wasn't fixed properly been waiting forever for someone to call me back after I went in to address the issue do not recommend

Since the incident, it took them a week before they pick up the truck from the tow company, 3.5 months in and still nothing from this company.. we were told the truck will be ready over a week ago, my partner decided to extend his rental truck for another week just in case and now, was told it's not ready, no call back either, zero customer service.. heading into 4 months and getting the run around. If you get in a collision, maybe ask your insurance company to send it somewhere else or to the South. Not worth the grief of not knowing and you are out of pocket for $$ thousands of dollars for a rental and still no end in sight. Mind boggling how they expect people to continue living their lives on rental for months on end! We are now thinking of contacting the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and Consumer Protection Ontario. This is unacceptable and unfair treatment from both the insurance company and the collision centre.

Answer to the owner: Try Dietrich.. For your own info, your staff have told him the other day the truck is lined up for washing, and then yesterday he was told the headlight needs to be checked and will call him back.. NO ONE called him back! He called again this morning only to be told they will call once it is ready. You can understand how this is getting ridiculous!

Oh, and I forgot to mention that last week your staff have told us the truck will be ready that week but they couldn't give him an exact day so my partner decided to extend his rental truck for the whole week this week.. now its Friday! NO ONE CARES TO CALL FOR UPDATE!!!!

I had a great experience with Amal Thomas, the estimator. He was very responsive and always replied to my calls and emails as soon as he could. He is very knowledgeable about his work and took the time to keep me informed throughout the entire vehicle repair process.
