I am absolutely amazed by the wonderful service I received at RPM! The estimated time to look at and fix my car was half of what was estimated, the mechanic called to tell me exactly what was wrong, quoted a reasonable price, AND got my go ahead BEFORE doing the work. I was offered to view the bad bearings that he had to replace before he disposed of them. I even overheard the mechanic telling Lori to let the customer know that their wipers are covered under the dealerships warranty for free so that the customer would know that they had a choice. I had requested that my car be parked front facing and it was. To top it all off Lori was absolutely delightful! I have FINALLY found a good, quick, honest, and reasonably priced garage in Sudbury!

My husband has brought his old truck in a few times and they have always been honest, fair and done very reliable and safe work. The staff has always provided the best customer service to us.
