Conrad was unnecessarily rude and off-putting with an aggressive attitude. Way to steer off customers who are supporting your business. He’s not very nice to customers or coworkers. Nasty attitude.

The old guy is rude and doesn’t give the energy of someone I want working on my car. Thankfully Conrad only guided me into the shop with attitude, and another nice man worked on my car.

Showed up on a monday morning , business not open yet. Conrad rushed into action to take care of my truck. Oil change and out the door. A great experience , above and beyond service 5 stars
