Never disappointed with the service I receive at this location.

I’ve been coming to this place for about three years for tyre changes and oil changes, but my recent experience was disappointing.

I went in to get my tyres changed (they were off rim), and one of the staff members told me that one of my tyres was ripped and couldn’t be used anymore, suggesting I might need to buy two new tyres. When I asked how that could have happened, they mentioned it might be due to mishandling during a previous change.

When I told them that I always come here for my tyre services, the manager initially said they had never seen my car before, which was frustrating. After checking their system, they did find my history. The explanation then changed, and they said the damage could be due to the tyres being off rim and getting them changed every year.

The inconsistency in explanations and lack of accountability was concerning. In the end, they used my old tyres, but the whole situation felt unclear and poorly handled.
