I really don’t want to be rude, but the customer service here is incredibly frustrating and needs to be addressed.

I dropped my tire off yesterday at 10 AM to get a simple nail puncture plugged and was told it would be looked at by noon. I tried calling for an update, but nobody answers the phone at this location. I ended up having to show up in person at 3 PM, and they were only just starting to look at it then. I paid $67 and left.

To make matters worse, I drove less than 10 km today and the tire completely blew out again. I brought it right back at 9:30 AM today, and they told me they just had one van ahead of me and would look at it next. It’s now past 3 PM—over six hours later—and I received zero updates. I tried calling again, but once again, no one picks up.

Now that I'm finally dealing with them, they are claiming there is suddenly a second hole and that I have to pay another $17!!(Luckily the Manager didn’t charge this fee)

It is a totally frustrating to have your time wasted like this, left completely in the dark, and then expected to pay more money for a tire that clearly wasn't checked properly the first time around. Kal Tire really needs to fix their communication and customer service, because this is not okay.
