Super disrespectful, disrespected confidentiality , lost countless of sales because of them . No intentions rectifying the issues when raised awareness to upper management . Would give zero star if was optional.
Every one dreads when there vehicles are broken down for whatever reason. The amazing staff at all north had not one but both of my trucks in there shop. They worked tirelessly on out fleet and got them back up and running within a very short time. I received updates in real time on my vehicles. The mechanics and staff are amazing and friendly. I highly recommend All North sudbury !!!!.
All North services our fleet trucks. The guys are always friendly and helpful. Mike is Service is great. He calls you when he says he will, schedules us in quickly. We just bought a Mack because they're close and give great service!
I always have a great experience dealing with Mike in service. He schedules my equipment in and gives me an ETA of how long it will take to complete.
They got me fixed up and on the road again. But I can't figure out how it took over 2 hours to change a break chamber. And $ 629 dollars later.
