5 star service at Pacific auto body. Had some minor issues with my trunk on my Honda civic. Peter was able to help me out and at decent price. My go to for auto and body services, my girlfriend will be having her car maintenance done there as well. Would highly recommend them
Mohammad was very helpful. For taking over the shop recently, he is doing an amazing job and knows how to treat a customer, would highly recommend coming here to fix your car!
I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop. They installed a product on my car that did not match what they had promised me before the installation. When I confronted them about the issue and requested a refund, the owner refused to take responsibility and was extremely rude and disrespectful.

The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the owner had a terrible attitude and refused to provide a refund. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with my car again and would not recommend them to anyone.
I’ve been here a few times now and have always had a really good experience. They repaired my car after a more moderate accident before, and recently helped me touch up a few scratches too.

Everyone is super friendly, responsive, and honest, which I really appreciate with a body shop. Alex was great and really easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Pacific auto body & paint to anyone who needs work done on their car! :)
