Incredible serivce today from the team at Norrad Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ltd. I had mechanical issues with my Jeep en route from QC to NS. Dropped in (crawled in) desperate, and although the shop was very busy, they managed to find time to check out the vehicle, repair it and get us on our way. Could not be more grateful! Such a friendly group and exceptional service. Honey, our golden doodle, appreciated the special treatment too! 🙏💫

Always helpful, friendly, and professional. The crew running the Automotive Service department is top-notch. You do not have to own a Dodge to get excellent service there, they are very kind to my husband‘s Ford even though I roll my eyes every time I have to drive it there. Dodge > Ford :). I don’t live in the Sussex area, but I don’t mind driving into Sussex specifically because Norrad Dodge takes excellent care of my vehicles. I know when I leave the repairs will be done well, my bill will be fair, and they take the time to answer any questions I have. Thank you Chris, Jaime (sp?), Marshall and the Norrad mechanics/team.
