Amazing staff with amazing attitude. They make you feel comfortable and want to solve the problem by looking at every possible way before letting you go. Brought my compressor with a tube that was broken. Although it's not their main area of work they said they would try their best to fix it. If you’re thinking about getting work done at Sussex Engine Rebuilding, READ THIS FIRST
We brought an engine to them early spring to get some work done. They quoted us a price and told us the work would be completed in 3-4 weeks. We chose to do business with them because of these quotes. A month passed and we haven’t heard from them. We call to ask for an update and learn that the engine hadn’t been touched yet. Keep in mind the 3-4 week timeline we were quoted. 12 weeks passed since we dropped off the engine and we were then told it was ready. When we received the price it was $1,000 more than the quote. We later find out we were charged for work we had specifically told them in multiple conversations that we DID NOT want done. They did not budge on the price at all even though it was their error. I could not recommend this business any less.
