Redline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram LTD, Redline Motorsports Arctic Cat

Very good service

Redline changed my mind about dealerships! (And they didn’t ruin my credit score!)

I went to Redline awhile ago to look around. I didn’t know I was walking with the owner (Greg). He heard and understood what I was looking for.

Skip ahead - I get a call a couple weeks ago, It’s Greg. He has received a vehicle that matches exactly what I was looking for and not knowing if I had bought something, he reached out.

I have protected my credit score for years! And so far, had not provided any info regarding payment when I took the vehicle for the night and grabbed some groceries. Basically, Greg gave us the chance to get to know eachother…(me and the vehicle) and it was a match!

My requests were respected throughout the whole transaction and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I cannot stress this enough! While discussing options, they were presented as information but not pushed. I felt fully informed through each step of the sale.

I would absolutely recommend Redline to my family and friends. It feels great to feel that my wants were heard, and I was kindly guided to make the right decisions for me and my budget.

AND offered support after the fact! (PS. Kennish,…I will be stopping by with some computer questions)

Thanks again to the team at Redline!
