I’ve not felt this happy buying a pair of BEAUTIFUL platform shoes in a very long time :) Made in Italy of course.<br><br>The team working at this store were helpful especially Josie. Upstairs is also nice with wide variety of shoes allocated to individual sizes. The 41-42 size corner is where I found my latest favourite as seen in this video I made.<br><br>Thank you so much for a great shopping experience I will return again.

Unclear refund policy caused a frustrating experience<br>I recently bought a pair of Midas shoes online, which I reluctantly had to return because they were too narrow. The website stated that online purchases could be returned in-store, so I went to the Piccadilly Sydney store.<br>I used a $40 promotion code ($40 off $150 spend), but the sales assistant couldn’t process the refund because the system showed the shoes at full price and she couldn’t override the system. I had to suggest she call head office, and even after doing that she said she couldn’t override the system. Instead, she told me “head office would deposit the money into my bank account.”but did not explain how they would be able to do that.<br>When I explained I wasn’t comfortable leaving the shoes without proof of return, she offered no alternatives, no receipt, and no solutions — which left me with no confidence in the process. In the end, I posted them back via Australia Post so I had secure proof of lodgement.<br>I checked the Midas website and there are no restrictions stated about promotion code purchases being excluded from in-store returns. If this limitation exists, it should be made clear to customers upfront. Without this transparency, people like me are left frustrated and inconvenienced.

I purchased these shoes from the Midas online store.<br><br>I’m very disappointed with the Husto shoes in black. The leather is extremely thick and stiff. The product description says the leather is soft, but this has not been my experience at all.<br><br>After the first wear, I treated the leather with a quality leather conditioner, but it remains stiff and painful to wear. As a result, I can’t wear the shoes at all, making them a total waste of money.<br><br>I bought a pair of Husto shoes in tan shortly before purchasing the black pair, and the tan ones are soft and very comfortable. The difference between the two is concerning.
