I had booked an appointment with Genz for a flat tire repair, a complete checkup, and rust inspection. I was told my car would be ready by 1:30 PM, but I ended up waiting until 5:00 PM.
When I finally received my car, only the tire change had been done—none of the other requested services were completed. When I asked about it, I was simply told they were instructed to do only the tire change.
This was very disappointing. Poor communication and a complete waste of my time. I expected better customer service and clarity. I would have chosen another auto shop if I had known this would happen.
Great deal on all season tires, got a deal with oil change. Will be back for my nest service. Was way cheaper than Kia dealership and faster.

Very sloppy job, paint droppings all over my car and on the tires. My car is making a couple different noises since getting it back from these guys, after spending 650 dollars I now have to take it to a mechanic to see what these noises are. First and last time going to these guys with my vehicle, I do not recommend them to anyone.
